When the G4S Alarm Response Centre receives an alarm from the site, a patrol unit will be despatched immediately to the site. Having arrived at the site, the patrol will inspect it and notify the client’s contact person of the results, also if necessary notifying the police or the rescue service or both.

A patrol unit is despatched to the site in reaction to every alarm instance. The patrol unit despatches are included in the monthly fee (with the exception of separately charged instances). If the alarm is a mistake, the client can disable it during the first minute[LT2] by providing the password.

The full service has our SECURITY GUARANTEE. We guarantee that G4S Home Surveillance is so good that no burglar will ever threaten your home. If we’re not fast enough to keep your home untouched, we will compensate you for damages under the security guarantee. There is no excess and there are no exclusions – everything will be done in reasonable time. We can offer you this because we’re certain about the quality of our service.

When the alarm from the site is registered at the G4S Alarm Response Centre, the first person to receive the corresponding notification is the client, who can then decide whether a patrol unit is despatched to the site. If the client’s contact person communicates to G4S the client’s request for a patrol unit, it will be despatched immediately. If no phone contact can be established with the client’s contact person on the phone during the first three minutes after the alarm start, a G4S patrol unit will be despatched to the site.

Having arrived at the site, the patrol will inspect it and notify the client’s contact person of the results, also if necessary notifying the police or the rescue service or both. Also if necessary the site will be guarded.

All patrol unit despatch instances are subject to fees stipulated in the price list. If the alarm is a mistake, the client can disable it during the first three minutes by providing the password.
